Tell us what you are trying to build.
Book a 30 minute call and bring the problem, not a specification. Working out what to build is part of the job.
What happens next
Thirty minutes, no pitch
We ask what the business needs, what exists today, and what done looks like. Most of the call is us listening.
An honest answer
If we are not the right team for it, we say so on the call and point you somewhere more useful.
A written next step
If it is a fit, you get a proposal covering scope, approach, milestones and cost. In writing, never a verbal estimate.
Prefer to write first
Send a few lines about the problem, who it affects, and what you have already tried. We reply to everything.

What people ask before they start.
Because a number without a scope is a guess, and guesses cost both of us money. Two projects that sound identical in a sentence can differ tenfold in architecture, integration and risk. Every figure we give is written for the specific job, in full and in advance, and you see it before you commit to anything.
Never off a single conversation. We take the time to understand what is actually being asked for, including the parts nobody mentions in the first meeting, and the proposal is written against that. It takes longer than a same day estimate. It is also the reason the number does not move later.
From a single high stakes product surface to a multi quarter platform. What matters more than size is that there is a real problem, a real budget, and someone able to make decisions.
No. Agencies sell hours and staff projects from a bench. We take ownership of an outcome, with the same senior team from strategy through to launch.
As long as doing it properly takes, which we tell you in the proposal before you commit, along with the milestones on the way. We would rather lose the work than promise a date we would have to cut corners to hit.
The phase where the system is designed before it is built: solution architecture, data model, integrations and the delivery plan, written down and handed to you. It comes after requirements gathering and before any code, and it is part of the engagement rather than a separate purchase. It is also why our work survives growth and integration instead of being rewritten in year two.
We have shipped in fintech, healthcare, commerce, logistics and SaaS. Regulated and operationally complex domains are where end to end ownership pays off most, because that is where the cost of getting the architecture wrong actually lands.
Entirely. Code, infrastructure, accounts and documentation are yours, handed over properly at launch.
Most clients keep us on as their product partner: roadmap, iteration, QA and support. It is an option, never a condition.
Yes. We often lead architecture and design while an in house team builds, or join an existing build to get it over the line.
